Removal of debris from skimmer and pump baskets. 

Vacuum pool floor and steps. 

Brush walls and skim surface. 

Test water chemistry, add chemicals if needed. 

Check filter pressure and backwash filter if needed. 

Clean out automatic pool cleaner

***Basic valet service and package services do not include opening the filter and cleaning the inside. This can be added for an additional $65

$110/visit weekly

$120/visit  twice a month

One time cleaning starts at $125

If filter needs to be opened and cleaned and extra $65 fee will apply

 Pay per stop or monthly. 

Make a deposit for your cleaning visits and chemicals.  Each visit you will receive an invoice with your starting and ending balance.  Any chemicals used will be listed on the invoice.  Cleanings and chemicals will be deducted per visit.

First time customers will have a deposit of $100 to start service.

It is the customers responsibility to monitor and maintain the water level in the pool and the skimmer baskets. 

It is the customers responsibility to notify us if the pump is not running for an extended period of time. 

These services do not include time or chemicals turning a pool back to clear if it is green or to remove large amounts of debris.

for example: If the electricity goes out and the pool is not running for an extended period of time and turns green; we are not responsible for the chemicals to turn it clear again. 

If a large tree limb falls in the pool, this is not included in a regular cleaning and would be an additional charge based on time and chemicals used.
