When our family started Poseidon Pool & Spa in 2021, we saw too many pool owners unhappy because of poor service and being stuck in expensive long term contracts.

We have short term contracts and you can discontinue at any time.

We are working on site most days, but check our messages regularly and strive to respond to all calls and texts the same day.

We listen to our customer concerns and find a reasonable solution for them. If we can, we will answer a quick question we over the phone.

Please know we are a small family owned business and are extremely busy in May and September. If we ever don't return a call within 24 hours please reach out again.

We are available for emergency calls and we will we try our best to be accommodating to special occasions. Emergencies will be directed to the owner who will determine the severity and fit you into the schedule where appropriate.

We have weekly routes in New Hope, Doyelstown, Lansdale, Hatfield, Elkins Park, and Collegeville.

We strive to be proactive for our customers. We give a basic inspection at each visit to make sure the equipment is running properly and the pool is safe to use. If we have any concerns you will be notified right away so we can address any issue. If we think equipment is nearing end of life, we will let you know a head of time so you can plan your decision. fixing a small part now can avoid a big problem later.

Openings

Everyone wants to get in the pool as soon a the weather starts to get warm.

With our opening packages, we will get you swimming as quickly as possible.

Closings

Not closing your pool properly for winter can cause major damage like broken pipes and leaks that will cost you $1000's. Our technicians are certified in how to close your pool properly to avoid costly winter damage.

Winter Check

We offer services to check on your pool and cover pump over the winter.

Cleaning Service

We offer every week visits (4/month) or every other week visits (2/month)

Cleaning includes vac, skimming the surface, brushing walls, emptying the baskets and back-washing the filter if needed. We also test and balance the water at every visit to keep you healthy.

Repairs, Installs, Salt Conversions

When somethings not working correctly we can come out for a service call to diagnose the issue.

If something needs to be repaired or replaced we are fully licensed and insured to install any equipment you may need.

Inspections

We offer a full inspection,on the fitness of the pool and equipment, including any recommendations for improvements. We will provide a written report with any inspection indicating our findings and suggestions.
